Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF)

Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) is a set of principles, models, disciplines, concepts, and guidelines for delivering information technology services from Microsoft.

Note: it is not clear if this is still supported by Microsoft.

MSF includes:

• A "metamodel" which is a base for software engineering processes -  foundational principles
• Two software engineering process templates, one for agile software development and another for repeatable engineering (CMMI). These software engineering processes can be modified and customised.
